SuperMap iPortal alarms abnormalities and provides abnormal monitoring records of nodes according to the configured alarm rules.
- View exception information: Click on the "Exception" tab to view the exception information of all nodes.
- Exception type: According to the configuration of alarm rules, iPortal can monitor three types of exceptions: hardware resource occupation, node connection, and node service log.
- Exception level: The system classifies the exceptions into Warning and Error. As the administrator, you can handle the exceptions according to the priority determined by the exception level.
- Mark as read: You can select multiple unread messages, then click the "Mark as read" button to mark the selected unread messages as read.
- View basic information of exception: Click the "View" button behind a specific exception record to view the basic information, including node address, exception type, exception content, exception level, exception status, and time when the exception occurred.
