On the "My MapDashboards" page, you can find
dashboards through the search box, or tags filter on the left side of
the page. The right pane displays matched results, and you can toggle
the list/grid view mode to view, change the sort field (supports sorting
by modification time and visits), and ascending/descending order. You
can manage dashboard resources individually or manage in batches. In addition,
you can click "Create MapDashboard" on the right to add
new dashboard resources to the portal.
Note: The number
of dashboards you can create is unlimited by default. If your administrator
has set
a quota, the page will display your quota usage with a progress bar.
When the number of created dashboards reaches the quota limit, you won't
be able to create any longer. At this time, you can contact your administrator
to increase the quota, or delete some dashboards to free up quota space.
For dashboard resources that have been added to the
portal, specifically, you can perform the following operations:
- View dashboard
details: Click the dashboard thumbnail or name to enter the
dashboard details page. On the dashboard details page, you can view
the basic information of the current dashboard. In addition, you can
click the "Edit Attributes" button to edit the metadata
of the dashboard, "Open MapDashboard" or "Delete"
dashboard. Switch to the "Sharing" tab, you can view/modify
the sharing scope of the current dashboard.
- Edit metadata
information: Click the "Edit Attributes" button,
you can edit the metadata of the current dashboard, including the
thumbnail, name, tags, and description.
- View/edit
dashboard with MapDashboard WebApp: Click "Open MapDashboard"
to browse or edit the dashboard in the MapDashboard WebApp.
- Share dashboard:
Sharing scopes include private, public, and specified people. Supports
single dashboard sharing and batch sharing. For detailed introduction

- Delete dashboard:
Supports deletion of a single dashboard and batch deletion. For details,
see: Delete resources.
- Submit review:
If administrator enable the dashboard
review function, after create or edit the dashboard save, the
dashboard is in a locked state and can be edited and viewed. Click
the "Submit review" button to wait for the administrator
to review, only hold the right to view. Administrator audit passed,
the dashboard search and use in the portal, the audit failed, the
dashboard edit again.
