Get the corresponding MapParameter according to the WMTS service tile request parameters

Parameters:

wmtsGC - WMTS service description

mapComponent - map component

layer - map

tileMatrixSetID - the tile matrix set ID.

tileMatrixID - the tile matrix ID.

tileRow - the row of the tile

tileCol - the column of the tile

Returns:

the corresponding MapParameter
